This policy explains what data the Solid Craft website collects, why, and how we use it. By sending a request, you agree to these terms.

What data we receive

• From the request form: request type, name, phone or Telegram handle, comment.
• Technical request data: page language and URL, ad campaign tags (UTM), Google Ads click ID (gclid), submission time and time spent on the page, browser data (user agent).
• Anonymous visit statistics via Google Analytics and Google Ads: pages, clicks, device type, approximate location.

Why

• To reply to your request and discuss your task.
• To understand which ads bring clients and to improve the site.

We don't sell data or send marketing emails.

Where it is stored and for how long

Your request is sent over a secure connection and delivered to our email via Amazon Web Services (EU region). We keep it while we correspond about your request and no longer than 3 years after the last contact. The website itself does not store requests.

Third-party services

• Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google LLC): statistics and ad performance measurement. They use cookies.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: spam protection for the form. It checks that the form is sent by a human.
• Amazon Web Services: website hosting and request delivery.

Cookies

The site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies and your browser's local storage, where ad campaign tags are kept for 30 days so we can see where a request came from. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings and the site will keep working.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@aisolidcraft.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
